We’re hiring a Business Operations Manager to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support the scaling of multiple D2C brands. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure smooth operations across teams and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement systems for efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operations with company goals.
- Manage cross-functional communication and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations management, preferably in eCommerce or D2C.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
